I don’t think full-lethal weaponry has been used, at least I’m not seeing reports of that.

Either California Governor Newsom will have to concur, or the Insurrection Act will be invoked; it’s not clear this has been done yet.

I would not have chosen LA as the place to start the Second Civil War.
